# Encino Residents Rally Against 'Influencer Mansion Party' That Has Drawn 16 Police Calls Since January
A group of teens and young adults gathered in a Ralph's parking lot on a recent Saturday night in Encino, sipping BuzzBalls and waiting for a shuttle bus that would carry them up the hill to a multimillion-dollar mansion. What promised to be a night of partying and social media appearances ended in a group fight, a robbery report, and a police helicopter overhead.
It was not the first time, and it may not be the last.
According to Los Angeles Police Department records obtained through a Public Records Act request by the Los Angeles Times, the mansion has been the site of 16 police calls since January 1, 2025. The property, listed online as an 8,100-square-foot, six-bedroom "ENCINO ROYAL PALACE" with a 12-car garage, has become a fixture in a growing pattern of event promoters converting wealthy foothill estates into weekend party houses.
A pattern of escalating calls
Police reports at the address began in August 2024 with a daytime trespasser. Calls picked up in November with a noise complaint, and officers have been dispatched once or twice a month since, with one month, June, seeing no calls at all.
The incidents range from minor party disturbances to major disturbances and include at least one life-threatening emergency. On February 22, a Level 3 call, classified as a life-threatening emergency, was logged for a battery in progress around 1 a.m. Over Memorial Day weekend in May, officers responded to three separate calls at the address, including a possible group robbery.
