Vigilant Neighbor Foils Burglary as Suspects Hiding in Neighboring Backyard

A watchful neighbor living near the 2700 block of Scott Road in Burbank spotted two people dressed in black enter a home through a window and called police around 7:20 p.m. Sunday. Officers arrived minutes later and saw two people running from the house. Both were arrested after a K-9 bit one suspect who refused to surrender. A third suspect was arrested soon after inside a car matching the initial 911 caller's description.
