Construction Underway at 6801 Canoga Avenue in Warner Center
A mixed-use development project under construction at 6801 Canoga Avenue in Warner Center has grown significantly since it began over two years ago. The building, now envisioned as an eight-story structure with ground-floor retail, will feature 203 residential units on its upper floors.
The project was originally permitted as a six-story, 154-unit development. Revised plans approved by the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety add approximately 40,000 square feet of building area and 30 percent more density.
